Delivery Service

Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong and Macau.

The order will be delivered to your door using SF Express.

Delivery service can be delivered directly to commercial or residential addresses.

Delivery service also supports SF Express business points, SF Express partner points and SF Express smart locker self-pickup.

Please fill in the corresponding delivery address on the order.

Delivery Time

After placing an order successfully, the order will be prepared within 1 - 3 working days.

After the preparation is completed, the order will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days.

The delivery time is Monday to Saturday (may be adjusted during public holidays).

After shipment, it is expected to be delivered within 1 - 3 working days.

If the product is out of stock, our store will contact you as soon as possible and reconfirm the delivery date and time.

The delivery time is for reference only. If the delivery is not completed within the estimated time, please wait patiently for the logistics company to contact you.

Huatai Seafood will not make any compensation for failure to complete the delivery within the estimated time.

This website does not provide the following services: (1) specifying the delivery date and time; (2) changing the delivery address after the order is confirmed.

Pre-sale products may be arranged for delivery from overseas warehouses. Huatai Seafood's customer service team will contact you in time for follow-up.

If the goods in the order are out of stock or there are other situations where they cannot be delivered, Huatai Seafood's customer service team will contact you in time for follow-up.

If the order cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information (contact number, delivery address, etc.), the order will be returned to Huatai Seafood's Hong Kong warehouse. All expenses incurred will be borne by you. Relevant fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund.

If special circumstances (such as warehouse inventory, large-scale events), weather, manpower and other factors cause delayed delivery or extended delivery time, Huatai Seafood will publish it on the website in advance in the form of an announcement.

In case of any disputes, Huatai Seafood Trading Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
